The WFPB diet includes whole or minimally processed foods from plants:
- You can eat as many of these foods as you like: whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, and spices.
- You can eat these oily foods in moderation: nuts, seeds, avocados, and tofu.
The WFPB diet does not include unhealthy foods:
- No processed foods: no added sugar, no refined grains, no added oil.
- No animal products: no meat, no dairy, no eggs.
